 Sean Abbott named Australia's young cricketer of the year
Sean Abbott has been named Australia's young cricketer of the year, two months after bowling the delivery which led to the death of Phillip Hughes

Sean Abbott, the bowler Australia rallied around following the Phillip Hughes tragedy, was named the Bradman Young Cricketer of the Year at the Allan Border Medal ceremony in Sydney on Tuesday night Jan 27,2015

Steve Smith named both Test and one-day player of the year and also receive the Allan Border Medal
The Allan Border Medal is decided by votes cast by players, umpires and media representatives at international matches.

 Glenn Maxwell won the Twenty20 award

Southern Stars captain Meg Lanning won the Belinda Clark award for the best female player.
