Afghanistan's Mujeeb Ur Rahman becomes the youngest to pick a 5-wicket haul in ODI's Friday Feb 16,2018

Teenage leg-spinner Mujeeb Zadran became the youngest bowler ever to claim five wickets in a one-day international when he inspired Afghanistan to a 10-wicket rout of Zimbabwe in the fourth ODI on Friday Feb 16,2018

The 16-year-old, also known as Mujeeb Ur Rahman, finished with 5-50 as Zimbabwe were bowled out for just 134 in 34 overs.

Afghanistan then cruised to victory in the 22nd over without losing a wicket with openers Mohammad Shahzad on 75 not out and Ihsanullah unbeaten on 51.
Scorecard
Zimbabwe 134 in 38 Overs
Afghanistan 135/0 in 21.1 Overs
Match Result - Afghanistan won by 10 wickets

Mujeeb's performance allowed him to surpass Pakistan star Waqar Younis as the youngest bowler to claim a five-wicket haul in a limited-over international.

Waqar was 18 years and 164 days when he achieved the feat

The teen has now played seven ODIs for Afghanistan, with his latest efforts a new career best. He has 18 wickets at the average of just 16.61 and an economy rate of 4.39.

At the Under-19 World Cup this year, he took four wickets in a bewitching spell to skittle hosts New Zealand and secure Afghanistan a semi-final berth, where they were beaten by Australia.

Mujeeb was one of three Afghanistan stars bought in the 2018 IPL auction last month, picked up by Kings XI Punjab for A$785,000 and will play alongside Australians Aaron Finch, Marcus Stoinis and Andrew Tye in a squad that also features Chris Gayle, David Miller and Indian heroes Ravi Ashwin and Yuvraj Singh.
